Peregrines’ is the region’s finest continental restaurant, with a Five-Star rating awarded by the American Academy of Restaurant & Hospitality Sciences- the only restaurant in Atlantic City to receive this honor. Named for the Peregrine Falcons that make the penthouse ledge their annual summer home, this gourmet restaurant offers regional and international contemporary cuisine featuring gourmet seafood. One of Atlantic City's most famous restaurants is nestled under the limbs of a majestic Oak Tree preserved in the middle of the restaurant. This traditional "New York Style" Steak House features prime meats and the freshest seafood available. The Old English décor with deep hickory woodwork, a wall of beveled glass and accents of brass and the brilliant illumination from the stained glass domes over the dining room make it a feast for the eyes as well.
